Please note that Punya will not accept the return of products if:

The wrong product model, color, or an incorrect product has been ordered.
A return/complaint for a Non-Compliant Product is not requested within the Return Period (within 48 hours of delivery).
Damage to the product is caused by improper handling/safekeeping, or if any modification or change to the product's value is made by the user or a third party.
IMPORTANT NOTE:

For comforters, the cost of shipping and delivery for returns will be borne by the user. (This is not applicable for orders meeting the specified return criteria).
Candles are classified as a NON-REFUNDABLE product category.
You may initiate a return request under the following conditions:

The product is damaged.
Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.
The product is defective or not in working condition.
Parts of the product or accessories are missing.
The product received differs from the ordered product based on the description provided on the Punya website.

Return Request Procedure/Criteria:

The product must be unused, uncleaned, or untampered with by the user.
If bought as a set, the complete set should be exchanged.
Returned products should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
In case of a damaged product received, images or videos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for return or exchange.
The price tag/barcode, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories must remain intact and not be altered, damaged, or discarded by the user.
Upon verification of the product's authenticity, the shipping cost will be deducted from the original paid amount, and the remaining balance will be added as store credit to your Punya website account.

Punya reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions.
